La Mia Tuna Egg Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 1 can La Mia Tuna Afritada (drained)
- 1- 80ml sachet mayonnaise or sandwich spread
- 3 medium eggs, hard-boiled, peeled then chopped
- Pinch of salt, or to taste
- Pinch of ground black pepper
- 8 regular pandesal

Breakfast
La Mia Tuna Cheesy Melt Burger
Ingredients:
- 1 can of La Mia Tuna Flakes in Oil, drained well
- ¼ cup mayonnaise, plus more for the buns if desired
- 1 rib celery, finely chopped
- 1 stalk green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp capers, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Pinch of salt
- 2 ounces shredded cheddar cheese, about ½ cup
- 1.5 tbsp Dijon mustard, or yellow mustard
- 2 hamburger buns, cut in half horizontally (if not already precut)
- Sliced Tomato, to taste (optional)
- Lettuce Leaves, to taste (optional)
- In a medium bowl, mix well-drained tuna with mayonnaise, celery, green onion, capers, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt, stirring until well combined.
- Spread mayonnaise to taste (if desired) over the cut side of the bottom buns.
- Distribute tuna mixture over the top of the bottom buns. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Set the oven to broil. Place sandwiches onto a sheet pan and broil for about 2 to 3 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the sandwiches have warmed a little.
- If using lettuce or tomato – Spread mustard over the cut side of the top buns. Place over top of the veggies (with mustard on the inside) to form the sandwiches.

La Mia Tuna Omelette
Ingredients:
- La Mia Tuna Afritada
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of grated cheese
- 2 tbsp of oil
- Batila ang eggs ug isagol cheese sa usa ka bowl.
- Inita ang mantika sa frying pan pinaagi sa medium to low heat.
- Ibubo ang beaten eggs sa pan, ug itakilid ang pan from one side to another to allow the eggs to swirl ug ma-cover ang tibuok surface sa pan.
- Luto-a ang egg for about 20 seconds.
- Baliha ang egg aron maluto ang pikas side.
- Ipalaman ang La Mia Tuna sa omelette.
- I-fold ang egg in half and serve to the whole family!

Lunch
La Mia Tuna Lumpia
Ingredients:
- 2 cans (5.5 ounces each) La Mia Tuna flakes in oil, drained well
- 1/4 cup water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded quick melt cheese (Eden)
- Canola oil
- 12 spring roll wrappers
- In a bowl, combine tuna, water chestnuts, carrots, and green onions. Stir to combine, breaking tuna into smaller pieces.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well.
- Add cheese. Stir well to combine.
- Separate spring roll wrappers into individual sheets, Arrange a wrapper on a flat working surface.
- Spoon tuna filling on the bottom part of the wrapper, fold the wrapper over the filling and then fold sides. Roll tightly into a log and lightly dab with water on the end to completely seal. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
- In a wide pan over medium heat, heat about 1-inch deep of oil. Add tuna lumpia in a single layer and deep-fry, turning as needed, until golden and crunchy.
- Remove from pan and drain on a wire rack.

Lunch
La Mia Tuna Sarciado
Ingredients:
- 1 can of La Mia Tuna Flakes in Oil
- 1 egg
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium tomato, cubed
- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce or patis
- 1 ¼ cups of water
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- Heat oil sa pan.
- Gisaha ang garlic, onion, and tomato until softened.
- Add the La Mia Tuna. Stir and cook for 3 minutes.
- Iyabo ang water sa pan, and let it boil.
- Batila ang egg and pour into the pan. Cook for a few minutes until magsugod na syag form. Stir.
- Add ground pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
- I-add ang patis sa pan. Add more water if gusto nimo.
- I-transfer sa serving plate and serve.

Lunch
La Mia Tuna Adobo sa Gata
Ingredients:
- 2 cans of La Mia Tuna Flakes in Oil, drain but set the oil aside, (optional) Hot and Spicy variant
- 1/4 cup of vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 cup of thick coconut cream
- Sa usa ka limpyo nga bowl, i-marinate ang La Mia Tuna Flakes in Oil sa vinegar, soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of garlic, black pepper, ug bay leaf. Set aside for 30 minutes.
- I-drain ug i-reserve usa ang marinade.
- Inita ang oil nga gikan sa tuna sa usa ka frying pan ug i-gisa ang sobra nga garlic. I-add ang Flakes in Oil ug luto-a for one minute.
- I-add ang marinade ug luto-a for 5 minutes nga walay cover ug ayaw i-stir.
- I-pour ang coconut cream ug luto-a pa for 2 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!

Snacks
La Mia Tuna Cheese Pops
Ingredients:
- 3 large potatoes, peeled
- 100 grams of mozzarella cheese or quickmelt cheese, cut into cubes
- Black pepper and salt to taste
- 2-3 cans of La Mia Tuna Hot & Spicy, drained
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese, grated
Procedure:

Ingredients:
- La Mia Tuna Flakes in Oil
- 2 tbsp of cooking oil
- 1 tsp of ginger, diced
- 1 tsp of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of sliced carrots
- 3 cups of Baguio beans
- 1 tbsp of oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp of cornstarch, dissolved in ½ cup of water
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- Sa pan, i-heat ang oil until mag smoke.
- I-stir-fry ang ginger, garlic, carrots, and baguio beans.
- Cover hangtod maluto for 2 minutes.
- I-mix together ang oyster sauce, cornstarch mixture, and sugar.
- Ibubo ang mixture sa vegetables. Cook until slightly thick.
- I-add ang La Mia Tuna and stir gently until heated through. Remove gikan sa heat.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.

Snacks
La Mia Tuna Nachos
Ingredients:
- 100 grams of nacho chips
- 50 grams of cucumber (diced)
- 1 can of La Mia Tuna Flakes in Oil or Hot and Spicy
- 1 piece of tomato (diced)
- Liquid seasoning
- Salt & Ground pepper
- Mayonnaise
- Cheese sauce
- 1 cup of grated cheese
- In a heated pan, luto-a ang tuna ug timplahi gamit ang liquid seasoning, salt, ug pepper. Ipa-simmer hangtod ma-absorb ang liquid.
- Sa lain nga plato, i-assemble ang dish in the following order: Nachos sa ubos ug toppings sa ibabaw (cucumber, tomato, ug ang cooked nga tuna).

La Mia Tuna Pinakbet
Ingredients:
- 2 cans of La Mia Tuna Flakes in Oil
- 2 tbsp of corn oil
- 2 tbsp of ginger, chopped
- 1 tsp of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of onions, diced
- 2 cups of quartered tomatoes
- ¼ cup of bagoong isda, strained
- 2 cups of squash, diced
- 3 medium eggplant, sliced
- 8 pieces of okra, sliced
- 1 medium ampalaya, sliced
- Inita ang kaha ug butangan ug cooking oil.
- Sa lain nga pan, gisaha sa corn oil ang garlic, onions, ug tomatoes.
- Isagol ang bagoong and luto-a for 5 minutes.

La Mia Tuna Chao Fan
Ingredients:
- 1 can La Mia Tuna Hot and Spicy
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
- 1 small carrot, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups sliced pechay
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Sa large nga kalaha over a medium to high heat, luto-a ang La Mia Tuna Hot and Spicy kauban sa iyang oil, ang garlic, ug onion.
- Kung mo-start na ug simmer, i-add ang soy sauce, carrot, ug pechay.
- I-add ang rice and toss until well combined.
- Cover the pan and luto-a for about 5 minutes or until heated through while tossing occasionally.
- Isagol ang egg and luto-a for another 2 to 3 minutes.
- Timplahi with salt, pepper, and sesame oil.
- Remove from heat and serve.

Dinner
La Mia Tuna Ginisang Monggo
Ingredients:
- La Mia Tuna Flakes in Oil
- 1 1/4 cup monggo beans soaked in 1 1/2 cups water (overnight)
- 1 bunch fresh spinach
- 2 tablespoons bagoong isda
- 1 small yellow onion
- 1 cup diced tomatoes canned or 3 fresh plum tomatoes, cubed
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 cups water
- Ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Procedure:
- Heat the cooking oil in a pan.
- Saute the onion and garlic.
- Once the onion becomes soft, add the tuna fish flakes and continue to cook in medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes. Stir and cook for 1 minute.
- Put-in the beans. Stir, add the bagoong isda, and 1 cup of water. Cover and cook for 15 to 18 minutes. Add more water if necessary.
- Sprinkle some ground black pepper and then add the spinach. Stir.
- Add more water (around 1 cup or more as needed). Let it boil and cook for 5 minutes more.
- Adjust the taste by adding more bagoong isda (only if needed).
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Serve and enjoy!
